Let's Recycle

Our Youth Group has committed to recycling.  One exciting recycling project is the Bottle Brigade Program in which the youth are collecting 20 oz. plastic soda bottles (no water bottles, please!) and sending them to TerraCycle, Inc., to be used for packaging of their plant food (organic liquefied worm poop!)  TerraCycle reimburses our youth $.05 for every bottle recycled.  You can learn more about this innovative project at the TerraCycle webpage: www.terracycle.net/bb/ .  To add to the recycling efforts, the youth are also collecting aluminum cans.  Please bring your appropriate recyclables to church to support our youth.  Look for the individual recycling containers in the Fellowship Hall.  All proceeds will go to support various Youth Group activities.
