UBS Blood Drive

Mark your calendars for GDLC's three UBS blood drives in 2010, scheduled for February 27, June 26, and October 16 from 10 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at Gloria Dei. To speed up the prescreening process, UBS suggests that you download and complete this UBS FastTrack form, and bring it with you to the blood drive.  A sign-up sheet is posted in the Fellowship Hall or you can schedule an appointment online.  Although walk-ins are always welcome, UBS recommends that you sign-up for a specific time, as they try to take appointments first. Remember to bring a picture ID and eat a full meal prior to donating.  Allow yourself at least one hour for the entire process.
