According to the 2000 Census:

• 12.2 % of the South Plains is 65+
• 46% of this group is disabled
• Expected to double by 2010
• 20.4% of age 20 to 64 is disabled
• 7.6% of age 5 to 20 is disabled

• Volunteers are needed - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!
